1. Do you really offer free shipping on all orders?
Yes, absolutely! No matter how large or small your order is, we will always ship your items free of charge. There is nothing worse that seeing something you wish to purchase online but having no idea what the cost for postage will be until it is time to checkout or, even worse, you get to checkout and the postage is more than the actually product. We don't think this should be limited to just one country either like the US, so we worked out how to make it available to everyone who shops in our store.
2. Which countries do you ship products to?
We have done our best to include our free shipping policy to as many countries around the world as possible. Out of the 199 countries recognized today, we are able to offer our services to 147 countries. The list of 52 countries we cannot ship to can be found below.
3. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We have various warehouse locations where products originate from to help get your order to you as fast as possible. Please allow us a few days after purchase to get your order verified, quality checked, and package ready to be shipped to you. Once your order is shipped out, it could take up to 15 days to arrive depending where in the world you are located.
4. Do you provide tracking?
Yes, as soon as your product/s have been shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can follow its progress all the way to your door.
5. Why has my order been split into multiple packages with individual tracking numbers?
We have a number of warehouses in various locations for logistical purposes. We want to get your products to you as fast as possible. There maybe times one of your products may be ready to shipped faster than another product in your order, so instead of waiting, we will gladly pay the extra postage so you can receive as many of your products as fast as possible.
6. What happens if my order is either lost or stolen in transit?
There are two options available to you. We can either refund you for the entire order or we will ship out a replacement, free of charge -- it's completely up to you which option you chose.
7. What if a product is delivered damaged or defective?
Please immediately email us a high-quality image or video of the damaged or defective product for verification. We will then be able to arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
8. What happens if a product is taking longer than expected to arrive?
If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window of the country the order is being shipped to, we will issue a replacement order for you free of charge..

Damages and Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please immediately email us a high-quality image or video of the damaged, defective or incorrect product for verification. We will then be able to arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you free of charge. Alternatively, you may also request a refund.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
